Information Technology Services will be conducting urgent maintenance on the phone system tonight between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. As a result, there may be intermittent unavailability of the phone system for incoming and outgoing calls during the maintenance window. Please note that this will temporarily affect your ability to make and receive calls within this timeframe.
If you happen to be on an active phone call when the system is being updated, the call will be disconnected. However, once the phones come back online, you will be able to resume making and receiving calls as usual.
During this upgrade, it's important to be aware that the Campus Police line, 216-397-1234, may not be available. In case of an emergency, we have arranged a temporary emergency line, 419-244-4900, which you should call ONLY in the event of an EMERGENCY.
If you experience any issues with your telephone service after 9:00 PM tonight or upon your return to campus on Thursday (6/29), we kindly ask that you report the problem to the Service Desk at 216-397-3005.
