On Thursday, July 23rd at 6:00 pm, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be doing the phone system upgrade. The upgrade will begin at 6:00 PM and will take 60-90 minutes. The system should remain online the entire time, but please be aware that there might be a short one minute period of time when calls will not be able to be placed or received, and any active calls will not be disconnected.
If you are experiencing trouble with your phone service after 7:30 PM Thursday evening, or upon your return to work on Friday, please call the Service Desk at 216-397-3005 to report the issue, or open a ticket with the Service Desk. We appreciate your patience as ITS strives to maintain and improve the quality of the JCU services it supports.
