Beginning at 7:00 AM on Tuesday, March 30th, the Information Technology Services (ITS) in conjunction with AT&T will be redirecting the main JCU business telephone number, (216) 397-1886, to a new circuit.
This change should be completed no later than 8:00 AM after satisfactory testing. Incoming calls to the main number may be interrupted during the maintenance window.
