The JCU Virtual Private Network (VPN) has been moved behind single sign-on (SSO) and Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) services to enhance cyber protection to secure our network.

You will now see the JCU SSO server login instead of the VPN login screen you used to see. You should continue to log in using your JCU campus user id and password along with the added multi-factor authentication step.

For more information regarding the university's use of Duo Multi-Factor Authentication, including setup instructions, please visit the JCU Information Technology Services homepage.
