The ITS Service Desk after-hours call center vendor is performing scheduled maintenance beginning at approximately 12:15 AM on March 7, 2024.
During this period, calls will not be routed to our contact center. Callers attempting to reach the JCU ITS Service Desk may receive a message stating, “Your call cannot be completed as dialed.”
