The issue was mediated by Duo yesterday afternoon. Services were restored immediately.

We have received reports that Duo is not working when authenticating to services such as Banner and Canvas. We have replicated the issue and identified that the issue is on with the Duo Service. We are engaging with them now but do not currently have an eta on resolution. For updates on this please visit status.jcu.edu
