Information Technology Services will be performing maintenance on the WebHelpDesk ticketing system this afternoon between 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm.

During this maintenance window, users won't be able to open tickets using the self service WebHelpDesk ticketing system. If you are having any issues with any IT services, please call the Service Desk at 216-397-3005.
